Early-stage PropTech products for property analysis and paid report delivery.

  • Designed and implemented geospatial data integrations for zoning plans, infrastructure and environmental constraints, handling inconsistent source formats, coordinate systems and incomplete coverage.
  • Implemented server-generated property-report PDFs with Playwright and Chromium, with progress tracking, cancellation and retry backoff in React.
  • Currently developing a map-vectorization model.

Finance Flow

A financial-literacy platform developed in collaboration with schools. I designed and built the learning app, school dashboard and backend.

  • Built cash-flow simulations with delayed income and protected budgets, with decision-path tests for balance consistency and dead ends.
  • Implemented atomic lesson completion and reward handling in PostgreSQL, using row locks and retry-safe operations to prevent duplicate XP.

Most of the current platform was developed after the competition.

I built a drone-dispatch prototype end to end, with Geoportal orthophoto maps and restricted-zone detours based on polygon-intersection checks and buffered waypoints.

Fleet telemetry and parts of the operational workflow are simulated.

Events and community

Represented the school at the Economic Forum in Karpacz and managed setup, daily logistics and partner communication for the “Chmura nad Karpaczem” festival café.

I also took part in ten Erasmus+ exchanges across five countries. One photography project ended with an outdoor exhibition that included my work.

I am interested in early-stage products, geospatial systems and tools that help people learn. Outside software, I enjoy photography, international exchanges and strength training.
